October Site Update

Happy Halloween everybody. I felt it was time for a site update. I have made quite a few changes in the month of October. Hopefully the changes I have made will improve the website.

Add It Button
I have now added a button to the bottom of every post to add the post as a favourite on a number of other social book marking websites. It would really help the website if you could click this button if you like one of my posts. So far popular sites for sending traffic seem to be Reddit, Stumble Upon and Digg It.

Highfly Media
I have started adding to the Highfly Media website again. I have decided to use this site to host games and other forms of media not held on the main A Highfly In Space website. I have decided to host games on Highfly Media because some of the games I wished to place on Highfly In Space were too wide for the current site layout. With Highfly Media I have only got one sidebar so there is more room for content.

Highfly Walkthroughs
I have now added an extra website to contain all the walkthroughs that I create for online flash games. I have also decided to leave the existing walkthroughs on A Highfly In Space because some of these links are still generating a lot of traffic from external links and web searches. All my future walkthroughs will be placed onto Highfly Walkthroughs instead of A Highfly In Space.

E-Referrer
I have started using the e-referrer service to show where the incoming links are coming from. This seems to be a useful tool. It is showing me how people are getting to this site. I am quite surprised how many hits I am getting from Google.

200,000 Total Visitors
A Highfly In Space has now had over 200,000 total visitors. I am happy to have managed to get this many visitors to the site and a big thank you to all those people who have visited the site and helped get the site to this land mark.

Over the last month I have been updating the site on average at least once a day. Fortunately this has been fruitful in terms of the number of people visiting the site. I have seen the number of visitors more than treble. I am hoping over time the site will continue to grow both in content and visitors.

Future Developments
At the moment I am not sure how many more developments I will be doing with the sites other than continuing to post. One of my aims is to increase the number of referring links as this will increase traffic. I also aim to review previous posts to make sure the links still work. My focus is to make sure the search result posts are updated to make sure search results are valid.

Well hope the site update did not bore you too much. Now time to get back to posting links, movies and games…

Orchestrated Death Game Walkthrough, Hints, Help and Spoilers

This is a walk through for the game Orchestrated Death. I suggest trying to play the game before reading this help page. This not only contains hints but it is also a spoiler for the game. If you have tried on your own and you have got stuck hopefully you will find this guide helpful. Starting the Game 1 ) Press 5 to load a coin 2 ) Press 1 to begin a new game 3 ) Personally I like to press 3 twice to remove the lines from the game

Chapter 1 1 ) Press the gun on the table to load the magazine into the gun.

2 ) Click the gun again and it will fall onto the floor and fire a hole in the ceiling

3 ) Click the lamp on the table to turn the light off. Now quickly click the razor blade while the lamp is off to knock the razor blade on the floor.

4 ) Click the razor blade on the floor to slice through the lamp cable. When the guy goes to check the lamp he will be electrocuted across the room.

5 ) Click the gun on the floor to kill the man and complete the first chapter of the game

Chapter 2 1 ) Click the refrigerator to open the door

2 ) While the fridge door is open click the fruit basket. The fruit bowl will move to the work top.

3 ) Click the bowl of fruit and a piece of fruit will drop into the blender.

4 ) While the chef’s hand is inside the blender click the blender and he will loose his hand.

5 ) Click the pans on the wall to move them to the cook.

6 ) Click the pans a second time to hit the chef over the head and knock him out.

7 ) Click on the chef to move him across the room.

8 ) Click the knives to place one knife onto the counter

9 ) Click on the chef to lift him above the ground

10 ) Click the oven door to open the door

11 ) Click the knife to place the chef into the oven and complete the level

Chapter 3 1 ) Click the lure on the lure on the fishing line to distract the fisherman with the cap.

2 ) While the man is distracted click the keys in his pocket to remove them.

3 ) Click the toolbox and use the keys to open it

4 ) Click the toolbox again to remove the knife.

5 ) Click on the knife to stab it into the back of the man with the cap. The 2 men will begin to fight.

6 ) Click the anchor to make sure the boat stays in place.

7 ) Click the face of the man with the white T-Shirt. This will cause the man with the white t-shirt to be hit with a left hook.

8 ) Click the boat engine to kill the man with the white T shirt.

9 ) Click the snake in the lower right of the screen.

10 ) Click the man with the hat to kill him with the snake. The man will float off the screen and the game is complete.

Qix Fill It Retro Game - I really like this game. I have spent a long time searching for this game and finally found it. This game is a lot like the retro arcade game, Qix. There are slight differences between this game and Qix but I personally prefer this game. The aim is to fill squares and rectangles on the screen with your spaceship. You will need to avoid the bugs flying round the centre of the screen. Each level is complete once you have filled 80% of the screen. I think the requirement is eighty percent for every level although I am not sure.

N Game - This game might have quite simple graphics but the gameplay more than makes up for it. There are lots of levels in this game to keep you busy for hours and hours. The aim of this game is to reach the door within the required time. Each level has at least one switch that needs to be opened in order to open the door. There are yellow boxes that you can collect to increase the time to complete the level. There are also a large number of enemy robots and bombs to make completing each level much harder.

Rocket Car Two - Use the arrow keys to guide your car across the platforms. You can pick up white and black circles (similar to the ying and yang symbol) to give the car energy to move up. You need to avoid the bombs, spikes and other hazards. Make your way to the door or destroy the boss to complete the level.

As a note I am not sure is is possible to complete the first level. I think this one is just a demo level and you need to click"I'm a know it all" to actually start playing.

I decided to give you all an update on the website. As some of you have already noticed I have been making some template changes recently. For the moment I am happy with the changes. I still need to go through old posts to add categories and make sure links are up to date. I have also started using the “Add This” tool on each post. This gives the chance to add posts to different websites. I have only been using this for one day and it already seems to be a success. Using this tool will help the website to grow. So far the changes seem to be helping the site. I have seen the number of visitors double over the last couple of weeks. As I continue to work on the website I hope this number will also continue to grow. This weekend I will be continuing to work on the website, adding new content and making changes to the website template. Thanks to everyone for the support with the website.
