Peace Art Project Cambodia - Cambodia has suffered grievously the modern ravages of colonialism, aerial bombardment, genocide, foreign occupation and crippling poverty over the past fifty years. Peace Art Project Cambodia (PAPC) liberates the creativity of Cambodian artists by training them in modern metal-sculpting techniques and providing them a unique sculpting medium: decommissioned weapons.
